As an Insurance Sales agent in a high-volume agency, you will be responsible for generating new business, by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationship with potential clients, and closing sales. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a large pipeline of prospects. What You'll Do: You will sell non-standard P&C insurance when members do not qualify for insurance with AAA. You'll proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and various lead generation strategies. You will assist clients with the application process, ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate. You'll track and report on sales activities and results. You will ensure all sales activities comply with carriers’ regulations and company policies. You'll multi – task; cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates and work with different carriers. You will work some evenings, weekends and holidays. You'll be required to manage a large sales volume and pipeline of prospects. You will handle referrals via in-bound and out-bound phone activity. Follow up on referrals from all member-facing sales and service units.
