Talent Acquisition Manager - Sales About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting top-tier sales professionals. This role is pivotal in driving our talent strategy, partnering closely with business leaders, and leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools to build high-performing sales teams. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on high-volume sales hiring across multiple regions. Partner with senior sales leaders to understand workforce planning needs and develop scalable recruiting strategies. Drive full-cycle recruitment for key sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Phenom CRM. Optimize and manage recruiting workflows within Workday Recruiter, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent through digital channels and career events. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the recruiting team. What You Bring: 5 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on sales recruiting. Proven success in high-volume hiring environments and building scalable recruiting processes. Expertise in Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed; experience with Phenom CRM is a plus. Strong understanding of sales roles and the competencies that drive success in sales organizations. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make strategic decisions. High level of tech-savviness and comfort with recruitment technologies and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
