HR Leave of Absence Supervisor Lead a team providing Human Resources support for employee leaves of absence within the Employee Benefits department. Responsibilities Execute on the development, implementation, and administration of leave of absence-related policies and programs. Ensure the team serves as a focal point for information and assistance regarding leaves of absence, disability plans and accommodations. Serve as a subject matter expert. Maintain confidentiality of employee personal and health information. Ensure compliance with company policy, federal and state laws, including FMLA, CFRA and ADA and IRS and ERISA regulations. Direct the team to appropriately interface with employees, managers, vendors, and attorneys in response to questions and issues related to leave and benefit policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or PHR/SPHR Certification preferred. Three to five years of experience or more in human resources and benefits. Strong oral and written communication skills. Previous supervisor experience. Problem solving skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint #Li-LG1 The starting pay range for this position is: $97,200.00 - $129,300.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. .
