You must possess a strong knowledge base of HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills, as well as have a solid understanding of related controls and building automation systems (DDC).

You must possess a strong knowledge base of HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills, as well as have a solid understanding of related controls and building automation systems (DDC).
This is a non-union position.
Selected candidate will be a team player who can complete tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Air-Conditioning, Heating, Water Source Heat Pumps & Rooftop Packaged HVAC Systems, split systems, chillers, controls, BMS, etc.
- Daiken and Mitsubishi experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with BMS integration. This includes both hardware and software components
- Clean driving record.
- OSHA 30-hour training certification
- EPA Universal certification
- OSHA 30hr certification
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of actual task experience
- NATE Certified is a plus
