In addition to recruitment, the role provides administrative support, maintains HR records, assists with employee communications and training, and contributes to compliance and general office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of HR practices.

Primary Focus: Recruiting & Staffing
- Sourcing candidates through various platforms
- Coordinating job fairs
- Managing job postings
- Conducting interviews and assessments
- Handling job offers and pre-employment paperwork
Additional HR Responsibilities Identified:
Onboarding & Orientation
- Conducting full onboarding processes
- Leading new employee orientation sessions
HR Administration
- Maintaining HR records and reports
- Using Paycor for new hire setup
- Updating staffing and uniform spreadsheets
Employee Communication & Support
- Assisting with communication about payroll, benefits, and policies
- Supporting employee training initiatives
- Advising the HR Manager and/or Employee Relations Specialist on employee concerns
Research & Compliance
- Conducting research on employment issues, turnover, labor market trends, benefits, and workers’ compensation
- Demonstrating knowledge of HR laws and practices
General Office Support
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, note-taking, sending correspondence, and filing
- Performs other work as required or assigned by HR or upper management

Minimum Requirements/Experience:
- Three or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Paycor platforms
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a drug screen and background check for employment
Required Education:
- High School diploma required; Associate degree or entry-level HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
