The Travel Technician, under the supervision of a lead tech, will be responsible for the overall installation of the compartments within the equipment enclosures/switchgears out in the field.

- Install tank parts, fuel lines, pumps, filters, and mufflers
- Set and install battery boxes.
- Install emergency vents, normal vents, coupling for oil and coolant lines
- Mount filter to engine and tank.
- Complete Exhaust install.
- Clean, adjust parts, equipment, or machinery worksite
- Reassemble parts.
- Complete inspections
- Good working knowledge of power tools
- Obey the safety standards of ACS worksite as well as follow local, state, and federal regulations, in all states
- Responsible for any other tasks that may arise, at any time
- Be willing to learn all tasks above if no previous experience.
- May stand for long periods of up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively, as well as frequent twisting and bending, to meet fast paced work demands
- Work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclosed spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures. May work inside or outside to complete work assignments. Position requires exposure to dust and dirt.
- Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment.
- No previous experience needed.
- Must be willing to travel out of state for up to four weeks at a time
