Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment processes, including sourcing, and screening, candidates.
- Work with care coordinators to develop client schedules, manage caregiver callouts/time off
- Coordinate replacement staff for missed shifts.
- Review and verify electronic visit verification data with caregivers and clients.
- Excellent communication skills required to interact with clients and caregivers.
- Perform other related office duties.
Our agency has static scheduling...we do not change client schedules on a weekly basis.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
