What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at ACS Group?
What you’ll do
- Transport merchandise onto work tables, pallets, conveyors, push carts, bins, shelves, trailers, staging areas, Forklifts and/or trucks.
- Efficiently pack products according to established guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment as needed, following safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to packing processes.
Basic qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
