h.The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and developing opportunities through to proposal management, negotiation, and contract closure. Working closely with operational and finance teams, you will ensure that new business opportunities are commercially viable, operationally achievable, and aligned with strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the region
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, market intelligence, and relationship development
- Lead customer engagement activities from initial contact through to successful onboarding and implementation
- Prepare and manage responses to RFPs and RFQs, assessing commercial viability, opportunity, and risk to ensure a focused and competitive approach
- Identify new customer segments, market opportunities, and sales channels within the aerospace logistics sector
- Maintain accountability for sales performance, pipeline progression, and achievement of growth targets
- Monitor customer activity and spending trends, identifying opportunities for account expansion and proactively addressing any decline in business
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, finance, and international networks to support business growth and customer success
- Analyse industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform sales strategy and decision-making
- Work closely with marketing teams to support brand visibility, lead generation initiatives, industry events, and customer engagement activities
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive business development and solution sales experience within the aerospace logistics industry
- A proven ability to generate, develop, and convert new business opportunities in a customer-facing environment
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals
- Commercial acumen and a customer-centric approach to developing tailored logistics solutions
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- A self-motivated and proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
