Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud) Location: Jamaica, NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications:Experience configuring and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including core CRM functionality and platform features.Proven ability to design, build, and deploy Salesforce customizations, such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules.Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Process Builder and Flow, to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Strong proficiency in managing Salesforce security and access controls, including user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings, to ensure data integrity and compliance.Experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights to stakeholders.Experience in Salesforce AppExchange, with the ability to evaluate, recommend, and integrate third-party applications to extend platform capabilities.Solid understanding of Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, de-duplication, and data quality governance.Knowledge of Salesforce release cycles, with the ability to adapt configurations and custom solutions to new features and platform updates.Experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), for advanced customization and integrations.Working knowledge of Salesforce query languages, including SOQL and SOSL, for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
