Job Title: Data Modeling & Spotfire Developer (Workers’ Compensation, Oracle PL/SQL, TIBCO Data Migrator)Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications:Extensive experience in data modeling, including the design of underwriting and claims DataMarts and enterprise data warehouses within the insurance industry (Workers’ Compensation and Disability).Strong background in developing and maintaining predictive analytics systems using R or Python, integrated with TIBCO Spotfire/TERR.Hands-on expertise with TIBCO Spotfire (Analyst, Web Player, and Business Author), including development using IronPython, R scripts, and JavaScript.Proven experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining end-to-end ETL pipelines using Information Builders International (IBI) Data Migrator / TIBCO Data Migrator.Skilled in Oracle PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, packages, triggers, advanced query optimization, and full database design and implementation.Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.Experience with automated testing, build, and deployment tools, including TFS, PowerShell, and Visual Build Pro.Proficient with modern development tools such as VS Code, Visual Studio, Git, Azure, and TFS.Experience building and supporting systems for Workers’ Compensation (WC), Disability Benefits Law (DBL), Paid Family Leave (PFL), and associated accounting and financial reporting, using both Western and Eastern accounting methods.Bachelor’s Degree.
