Job Title : Child Welfare Systems Support Analyst (SACWIS, Training & Regulatory Compliance)Location: Valhalla, NY(Hybrid)We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationsQualifications:Experience working within Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environments, providing support for SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) platforms for state, local district, or voluntary agencies.Experience delivering IT support in Child Welfare settings, including child protective services, foster care/permanency, and preventive services.Experience providing direct user support in Child Welfare environments through training sessions, classroom instruction, or on-the-job technical assistance. Responsibilities included developing user documentation, desk aids, and reference materials to support understanding of business processes and training content.Experience supporting a large-scale Child Welfare application with over 15,000 users, including conducting needs assessments, delivering ongoing support, and performing follow-up activities to ensure user adoption and system effectiveness.Experience interpreting Child Welfare regulations and applying them to practice, system functionality, and program outcomes across child protective, foster care/permanency, and preventive services.Bachelor’s Degree.
