HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $23–$35 per hour spiff and bonus opportunities
Position Overview
The HVAC Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service by diagnosing issues efficiently, completing repairs accurately, and performing preventative maintenance to maximize system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls and customer concerns
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid HVAC Technician certification or license
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- Experience servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
