Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical
Location: Augusta, GA
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Salary based on 36 hours: $1404/week Gross Standard benefits

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN License Required.
- BLS Certification Required.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience Required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document all care activities and patient data in accordance with facility policies.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital standards.
