Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health
Location: Kaneohe, OH
Shift: Day 5x8 - Hour
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00/Hourly.
Job Duration: 13 weeks contract
Summary: Performs procedures which require specialized training for general nursing care and related services for assigned patients, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD), in accordance with established policy. Participates in the planning for and provision of patient care. Uses knowledge of asepsis in performance of treatments, such as sterile dressings, irritations and cauterizations. Provides functional direction to ancillary personnel.
Submission Requirements
- 1 year Home Health experience Required.
- Travel experience Required.
- Active and clear Driver's license and Car Insurance Required.
- Hawaii license Required.
- Homecare Home Base and OASIS Required.
- COVID and FLU vaccination Required.
Certification Requirements
- BLS Certification
State License Requirements
- Hawaii State License
