ACRT is currently seeking an innovative, professionally minded, results orientated candidate to support and interface with Utility Vegetation Management Program and personnel. This position will help expedite the Vegetation Management Program needs in terms of work flow scheduling, reporting, invoicing, handling customer inquiries, and supporting VM program arborists, line clearance vendors, as well as utility personnel. This position offers the opportunity to support utility systems performing database management and supporting the needs of the UVM program. This is a hybrid role, working remote and in office and may require minimal amounts of business-related travel.
Minimum Qualifications
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. - Invoicing Experience
- Must be comfortable learning new computer programs quickly
- Experience troubleshooting and managing data issues
- Must be self-motivated, an independent thinker, organized and possess strong time management skills
- Must be available in for extended hours and weekends in time of need
- Knowledge utility line clearance programs and utility vegetation management experience
- Database management experience
