Essential duties and responsibilities
Oversee all front office and back office administrative functions, including scheduling, referral coordination, and patient intake workflow
Manage electronic health records, system administration, including staff training system updates in troubleshooting
Courtney office supply procurement equipment, maintenance, and vendor relationships
Implement and maintain office policy standards, operation, procedures, and HIPAA compliance protocols
Serve as the primary point of contact for building management technology, vendors, and third-party contractors
Preferred education and requirements
Bachelors degree in health administration, business medical assisting or closely related field preferred equivalent experience considered
3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a medical or behavioral health office setting
Strong technological aptitude proficient with EHR systems, Microsoft Office suit and practice management platforms
This is a primarily in office role in our Yanceyville, North Carolina location.
