We are seeking a high-energy Leasing Consultant to join the team at a luxury apartment community in Cicero. This is not a passive leasing role—you will be responsible for driving occupancy, converting leads, and delivering a top-tier resident experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to all leasing inquiries quickly and professionally
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours of available apartments
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into leases
- Execute lease agreements and manage move-in coordination
- Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing activity in the CRM (AppFolio)
- Assist in marketing efforts, including online listings and social media
- Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready at all times
- Deliver a high level of customer service to prospects and residents
- Support occupancy goals through proactive outreach and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Highly responsive and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Tech-savvy (AppFolio or similar systems a plus)
Compensation
- $18.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience)
- $150–$200 per lease signed (tiered commission structure)
- Monthly and milestone performance bonuses
Total earning potential: $50,000 – $70,000
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
