About the Role
We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and highly organized Growth & Partnerships Intern to join our team and support the development of new business opportunities, partnership initiatives, and industry intelligence efforts. This role is ideal for someone excited by the fast-moving world of experiential marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience inside a creative agency environment.
As part of the Growth team, you will help uncover opportunities, track industry and brand activity, support internal systems, and contribute to the research and materials that help shape future partnerships and projects. You will work closely with the Growth & Partnerships Coordinator and collaborate across teams to support initiatives that directly impact the agency’s growth pipeline.
What You'll Be Part Of
Industry & Event Intelligence
You will help the team stay informed on the evolving experiential landscape by tracking key events, activations, and emerging opportunities across culture, entertainment, sports, technology, and lifestyle.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and tracking brand participation across major industry and cultural events
- Monitoring platforms, industry, and news publications to surface notable activations, partnerships, and market trends
- Supporting event coverage efforts and gathering key insights from industry happenings
- Maintaining recurring internal event calendars with updated dates, locations, and brand intelligence
- Identifying new experiential opportunities and relevant market shifts that align with ACRONYM’s client and partnership goals
Account Intelligence & Growth Support
You’ll contribute to the research and organizational work that helps the team build stronger relationships and stay informed on key accounts and prospective partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with research on target brands, agencies, and prospective collaborators
- Maintaining account intelligence documents with relevant updates including campaign launches, company news, leadership changes, and strategic initiatives
- Tracking new hires, promotions, and organizational shifts at key target companies
- Contributing to a weekly internal Slack digest highlighting relevant happenings across the experiential and partnerships landscape
- Supporting outreach preparation through brand sourcing, contact research, and opportunity tracking
Internal Systems & Team Operations
Organization and detail are essential to how our team operates. In this role, you’ll support the upkeep of internal systems and collaborative workflows that help keep projects and opportunities moving efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting maintenance and organization of CODA dashboards, databases, and tracking tables
- Assisting with data entry and internal system updates across Growth and Partnerships workflows
- Helping maintain accurate records of opportunities, account activity, and event research
- Supporting ongoing organization of internal documentation, research libraries, and recurring processes
Proposals, Presentations & Creative Support
You will also contribute to the materials and presentations that help communicate ACRONYM’s capabilities and approach to prospective clients and partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development of tailored capabilities decks and proposal materials for new opportunities
- Gathering supporting references, imagery, and case study materials for presentations
- Taking notes during capabilities and partnership meetings and logging key takeaways into relevant account pages and systems
- Collaborating with the team to ensure materials are organized, current, and aligned with agency priorities

- Comfort working across spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative platforms
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools; CODA experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Growth & Partnerships Analyst and collaborates closely with strategists, administration, operations, and producers across the organization.

- Location: Office in Glassell Park, CA (East Los Angeles)
- Duration: 9-12 weeks (June 22nd to August 31st)
- Onsite Requirements: Work is hybrid
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (32 to 40 hours weekly)
- In office Days - Tuesday & Thursday weekly
