Our Opportunity

The selected individual will perform the specific duties below:

• Communicates and coordinates with appropriate personnel to fulfill production schedule requirements as well as contractual requirements.
• Coordinates resolution of delivery schedule requirements and revises schedules with the Outside Processing / Machine Supplier as required.
• Point of Contact with Production/Operations.
• Ensure courteous, professional, and effective working relationships are established/developed with all employees and suppliers. 
• Off-site surveillance- Periodic visits to all key suppliers to discuss performance (good or bad) and resolve any pending issues ( PO, Pricing, Accounting, etc)

 Job Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience with the job duties above.
• Willing to learn Technical Processing/Treatments such as Heat Treatment, NDT, Surface Treatment, Primer and Paint and etc.
• Understands Basic Procurement Policies, Procedures and Conflicts of Interest.
• Must be able to read Blueprints (preferably).
• Be able to generate Purchase Orders within MRP System (Epicor 10, preferable).
• Must be able to provide daily Parts Status and Delivery Commitments from the Outside Processing/ Machine Suppliers.
• Must be able to work overtime as required to ensure completion of all assigned projects.
• Negotiation skills preferred.
• Willing to drive small pick up truck in the LA/Orange County areas

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; sit; use hands to finer, handle, or feel and talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
