Location: Lincoln, CA

We’re seeking experienced, high-energy Event Bartenders to join our team for exciting concert events at a premier casino venue in Lincoln, CA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the flexibility of event-based work, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills while being part of unforgettable live experiences.

Position Overview:

• Event-based, on-call bartending and service roles
• Most events take place on Fridays and Saturdays
• Typical start times between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Events generally conclude between 10:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Mandatory Orientation: Saturday, Sept 26th at 3pm (required to be eligible to work at the venue)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit (Fridays)

Please Note:
This is a seniority- and performance-based staffing model. Scheduling is determined by performance, attendance, and client needs. While we strive to offer consistent opportunities, shifts are not guaranteed for every event.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of professional bartending experience (no training provided)
• Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and high-volume service
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in Lincoln, CA
• Professional appearance and guest-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Must be 21 years or older

Physical Demands:

• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Uniform Requirements: (Uniform must be provided by the employee)

• Black button-down shirt
• Black slacks (no jeans, no leggings, and no ripped or faded pants)
• Black non-slip shoes with black socks
