Quality Inspector

Job Summary:

The Inspector/Packer is responsible for inspecting, weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling medical molded plastic components in a cleanroom environment. The role includes visually identifying defects using magnification tools, manually assembling small parts, maintaining accurate production and work-order records, and keeping the work area clean and organized. This position requires excellent hand–eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to use basic computer programs while meeting quality and safety standards.

Skills Required

• • Ability to inspect small parts and identify defects
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination
  • Experience assembling small parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment
  • Ability to read and understand written procedures and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to use magnification tools for visual inspection
  • Experience with inventory management systems (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas

Experience Required

• Previous manufacturing or inspection experience desirable
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Experience entering work-order or production data into computer systems
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Education Required

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
