Job Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to support vehicle operations, asset management, and inventory functions across multiple programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work combined with data tracking, coordination, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule use, maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of department vehicles and mobile clinic units.
- Perform routine safety checks, identify maintenance needs, and manage related documentation.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, inspections, logs, and reports.
- Support implementation and use of the new asset management system.
- Support the AED program, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Arizona driver’s license (or ability to obtain by hire date).
- Experience coordinating equipment or resource use across teams.
- Project coordination experience with the ability to document processes and timelines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn agency software.
- Asset management software experience is a plus.
Salary : $20 - $23
