Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to drive standardization and governance of HR documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage HR SOPs, workflow guides, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with HR SMEs (HRIS, ER, TA) to capture and translate complex processes
- Develop user-friendly job aids, flowcharts, and training content
- Maintain centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint) with version control
- Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and quality standards
Key Skills:
- Strong technical writing, editing, and information structuring skills
- Experience with SOPs, process mapping, and workflow documentation
- Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, SharePoint, MS Office
- Ability to simplify legal/technical content into clear instructions
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing/process documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
