This position involves performing a variety of tasks related to the service and repair of infusion pumps, including troubleshooting, refurbishment, complaint investigations, and root cause analysis down to the component level. The role requires a strong understanding of technical service processes and the ability to document repairs accurately in systems like Oracle. In addition to hands-on repair work, the technician may be responsible for training new employees, supporting engineering studies, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality system procedures. The ideal candidate will work effectively in a team environment, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally assist with on-site customer repairs.

- Soldering and use of testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical blueprints.

- Knowledge of cGMP, quality procedures, and medical device compliance.

- Gaming consoles or small appliances
- Industrial or electromechanical equipment
- Experience in DIY electronics or hobby repair work (e.g., rebuilding old gadgets, personal projects) is highly valued.
- Experience rebuilding interfaces or working on hardware/software integration is a plus.
