Job Title: Project Manager - Electronic Health Records Implementation
Location: Preference is a candidate in Santa Fe/ Albuquerque area, but will also take a remote candidate as experience in this type of implementation is more important than location.
We will be migrating 5 facilities off their existing EHR as well as 43 public health facilities.
Team size: approximately 15 (in the PMO)
No direct reports reporting to this role but will need to be able to work closely with others (both on the team and other teams).
Experience needed:
- Mandatory: Experience in enterprise-wide deployment projects (multi sites). Some deployments will be running parallel to other site deployments; must be experienced working parallel deployments.
- Highly Preferred (top candidates will have EHR implementation experience): Experience deploying an EHR system enterprise wide; or any experience with EHR systems (any EHR system is acceptable: Epic, Meditech, Allscripts, Athenahealth, or similar etc).
- Preferred: Oracle experience.
- Mandatory: Must have experience working with all levels of individuals, up to and including C-suite.
- Mandatory: Must have experience working with individuals who may be challenging or difficult (not all individuals are in support of this implementation so there may be some challenging situations/ challenging meetings and communications, and this person will need to have experience handling similar challenging situations.
