Job Title:- Maintenance Technician I

Duration:- 06 to 07- Months- position (May go Longer)

Location:- Westford MA USA

Shift Time:- 03:30 PM to 02:00 AM ; Monday thru Thursday

Duties:

  • Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders. Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.
  • Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.
