IT Procurement Specialist

This role is part of a dynamic team focused on executing and maintaining our global supply base, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity in supplier contract management systems. You will play a key role in supporting and leading initiatives aligned with our Global Strategic Sourcing Annual Operating Plan.

Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services

Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing initiatives across global categories including Legal, Financial, and Engineering Services. This role is responsible for managing contract separation activities, negotiating terms, executing Statements of Work (SoWs), and driving compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure optimal sourcing outcomes and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing efforts for Professional Services categories, including supplier selection, RFI/RFQ processes, eAuctions, and contract negotiations.

• Manage contract separation activities, including negotiation of terms and execution of scope documents, amendments, and change orders.

• Develop and execute SoWs from inception through negotiation and final signature.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs and build effective bid strategies.

• Drive improvements in working capital through payment term extensions, cycle optimization, and related initiatives.

• Support operational procurement activities including invoice reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sourcing best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.

• Proven experience managing RFPs/RFQs and developing Statements of Work.

• Strong understanding of sourcing processes and contract management fundamentals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and working capital improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management (e.g., PMP, CPSM, CIPS).

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, eSourcing platforms, RFQ tools, and project management software.

TIME KEEPING

Worker will utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting.
