Job Description
:We’re looking for a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to build engaging, results-driven learning experiences that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals
.Key Responsibilities
- :Conduct training needs analysis and define learning objective
- sDesign and develop eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning program
- sCreate instructional materials (guides, job aids, storyboards, assessments
- )Manage and administer LMS content, reporting, and trackin
- gCollaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective training solution
- sMeasure training effectiveness and report on learning outcome
sRequirements
- :4 years in instructional design/technical writing (3 years in eLearning development
- )Experience with tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasi
- aStrong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick model
- sLMS administration experience (Cornerstone preferred
- )Strong project management and communication skill

- :CPTD, CIDD, or eLearning certification
