Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain APS/STDS writeups and related sequence documentation for onsite and offsite operations.
• Own ULOC assignments for all applicable onsite and offsite sequences, ensuring assignments remain accurate and current.
• Create and maintain the sequence rack book and supporting documentation for onsite and offsite sequences to support planning, communication, and execution.
• Support small-lot activities and provide maintenance support as needed.
• Provide Industrial Engineering support for SLT 6 activities and related operational needs.
• Maintain Dock Codes for offsite parts and small-lot operations, coordinating updates with appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist with logistics coordination, including understanding operational needs and supporting the development of logistics studies.
• Use data, process observation, and cross-functional input to identify opportunities for improved material flow, sequencing, standard work, and space utilization.
• Apply AI awareness and responsible use of AI-enabled tools to support analysis, documentation, and continuous-improvement activities while following company data and security requirements.
• Communicate changes clearly and maintain accurate, accessible records for plant and logistics partners.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, plant logistics, material flow, sequencing, or a related environment.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, including the ability to create, modify, and interpret layouts, flow diagrams, or other engineering drawings.
• Ability to develop, update, and maintain detailed process, logistics, and sequence documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and spend time in a manufacturing or plant-floor environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with APS/STDS, ULOC assignments, Dock Code maintenance, or similar manufacturing and logistics systems.
• Experience supporting onsite and offsite sequences, small-lot operations, maintenance activities, or logistics studies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, standard work, and material-flow principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and documentation platforms.
• Demonstrated awareness of responsible AI use in a business or engineering environment.
