Job Title- HRBP/Human Resources Generalist

Location- Charlotte NC USA 28202

Pay Range: $41.55/hour on W2

Monday - Friday 8-5

An excellent career opportunity is available for a Human Resources in Corporate Functions, located at our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will develop and execute talent strategies for the Integrated Supply Chain - - providing direct support to executives leading the Operational Excellence, Data Analytics and Planning organizations. You will actively engage in talent acquisition/management, organizational design/development and workforce planning initiatives. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Designing organizational structure to drive organizational effectiveness

• Succession planning and talent development/retention

• Executive coaching to improve manager capability

• Project management of key business priorities

• Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions

• Leading enterprise-wide projects

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 5 years Human Resources Business Partner experience

• Prior experience working with sales or marketing professionals is preferred

• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
