Job Title: Global Benefits Operations & Transition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own global benefits administration and monthly vendor management activities.
• Coordinate with P&C, Finance, Payroll, HR Technology, and external vendors.
• Lead the transition from legacy support services to standalone operations, including planning, cutover, and stabilization.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, action logs, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive issue resolution, process improvements, vendor governance, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate, timely service delivery across global regions.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration, total rewards, or benefits operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience in global benefits vendor management and service transitions or organizational separations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of benefits governance, internal controls, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently with global teams across time zones.

Preferred: Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
