Role Description The Graphic Designer role is responsible for creating visual assets for print and digital channels, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and event collateral. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand-aligned concepts, selecting typography and color palettes, preparing files for production, and collaborating with internal teams to refine design solutions. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing and operations to ensure consistent branding, meet project deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Typography, including font selection and hierarchy.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
Relevant experience in designing for both digital and print formats, with knowledge of production-ready file preparation, is beneficial.
A portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and a range of design projects is required.
A degree or formal training in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
