One of our clients is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator in Moline,IL.
Duration: - 12 Months
Shift: - Monday through Friday, hours between 8am-5pm
Number of positions: - 1
Pay range: -$18 to $20 Per hour
This is Hybrid role. 4 days in office 1 day remote. Day remote is flexible.
Training – Training will be onsite for 2-3 months.
Job description:
You will provide quality and comprehensive support to employees and Unit HR on key HR processes and transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service to customers by researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer HR processes such as tactical processes related to the talent acquisition process, internal transfer activities, company organizational management and employee record maintenance.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to employees
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists within the HROC on process improvements and escalation resolution
Requirements:
· Experience in HR processes or HR operations role
· Excellent customer service skills
· Experience working within Success Factor system modules (i.e., Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Education
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar discipline
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
