Join Our Team as a Laboratory Technician!

AcroBlue Staffing is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support our dynamic team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with cutting-edge laboratory equipment, we want to hear from you!
Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform essential laboratory tasks, including batch preparation, sample distribution, and maintenance.
- Execute quality control procedures and adhere to corporate and laboratory policies.
- Prepare records and manage electronic data with precision.
- Handle various chemicals, solvents, and reagents safely, using MSDS guidelines.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure safety and health policies are followed.
Physical Demands:
- Lift and manipulate samples, ranging from 5 to 20 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods and work with organic solvents and chemicals.
- Wear safety glasses at all times in the lab.
Work Environment:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, smoke-free laboratory setting.
- Engage in hands-on work and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in physical science or equivalent laboratory experience.
- Familiarity with quality procedures and general laboratory equipment.
