Acrivos IT is a managed IT and cybersecurity firm serving small and mid-size businesses in the NYC metro area. We're hiring our first business development rep, and you'll be building our outbound sales function from scratch alongside the CEO.
No inherited pipeline. No team of five you're joining. You and the CEO will be figuring out together what works -- which channels, which messages, which prospects -- and doing the work daily.

What You'll Do
- Cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, in-person visits to local businesses
- Find and engage business owners and decision-makers in Bergen County and the broader NYC metro
- Book 2 to 3 qualified meetings per week
- Build out the outbound playbook with the CEO: messaging, cadences, objection handling
- Keep prospect data clean in our CRM
- Report back what you're hearing from the market so we can adjust
What You'll Earn
- Base Salary
- Meeting Bonus: Cash bonus per qualified meeting booked
- Commission: On closed deals you source
- OTE of $144k after 4-6 months. Potentional to earn upwards of $200k based on uncapped comission.

- Good on the phone, in person, and in writing
- Meaningful experence selling to SMBs or local business owners
- Not bothered by rejection
- Organized enough to keep a pipeline clean without being reminded
- Self-starting but coachable
- Can commute to Hackensack, NJ

What "Founding" Means
You're the first person in this role. The CEO will be managing you directly and working with you daily. Your input will shape how we sell. As the company grows, you'll be the person with the track record and context to move into a leadership seat.
It doesn't mean equity or a co-founder title. It means you got here first and what you build will matter.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
