Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking an RFP Specialist to support the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) across the business. In this role you will manage the day-to-day execution of broker RFP responses, coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling, and on-time submissions. The RFP Specialist reports into the Director of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
RFPs are often a buyer's first real test of whether Acrisure can execute, not just sell. This role ensures every response reflects that level of precision, turning a compliance exercise into a chance to differentiate. As Acrisure's solutions portfolio grows, a dedicated RFP function keeps that consistency scalable instead of falling on whoever has time.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking an RFP Specialist to support the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) across the business. In this role you will manage the day-to-day execution of broker RFP responses, coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling, and on-time submissions. The RFP Specialist reports into the Director of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage broker RFP/RFI response execution from intake through submission, following established timelines and review steps.
- Review RFP/RFI documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines, and flag anything that needs escalation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to gather content and keep responses on schedule.
- Draft and edit proposal content using existing messaging and templates, tailoring language to each buyer where needed.
- Check each submission against formatting, content, and delivery requirements before it goes out.
- Maintain and organize the RFP content library, keeping messaging, boilerplate, and past responses current and easy to find.
- Track submission status and outcomes, and flag patterns or process gaps to your manager.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Organized and comfortable managing several deadline-driven tasks at once.
- Able to coordinate across departments and keep a process moving without direct authority over contributors.
- Comfortable with SharePoint, Excel, and similar tools; proposal software experience a plus.
- Interest in insurance, financial services, or another complex B2B industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in a proposal, RFP, marketing, or related coordination role.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales or subject matter experts is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance brokerage or employee benefits consulting industry is a plus.
