Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support its Aerospace platform. This role provides day-to-day support to clients and internal teams by assisting with policy servicing, documentation, and client communication.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of aviation clients, including corporate and private aircraft owners, while supporting insurance agents and underwriters. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the insurance industry, with exposure to specialized aviation risks and strong opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming client and agent inquiries via phone and email
  • Support agents with applications, policy updates, and general servicing requests
  • Review new and renewal policies, endorsements, and certificates for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the agency management system
  • Document all client interactions and activities within internal systems
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the underwriting and service teams
  • Ensure timely follow up and high-quality customer service across all interactions
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, especially related to data entry and documentation
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to work with premiums, percentages, and commissions
  • Positive, customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous customer service or office experience beneficial

Education and Licenses

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education or coursework beneficial

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $19 - $23. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
