We are seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from opening to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and closing procedures specific to commercial properties.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from opening to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and closing procedures specific to commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate end-to-end commercial escrow transactions
- Review contracts, title commitments, and closing instructions
- Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and brokers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Manage funds disbursement and record necessary documents
- Provide exceptional service and maintain clear communication with all parties
- 3 years of commercial escrow experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate closings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in SoftPro preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
