In this role, you will transform complex regulatory data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership, while streamlining processes with innovative automation solutions. Responsibilities:

This role is part of our dynamic Strategic Team within the Regulatory Affairs department and pivotal in bridging the gap between our ServiceNow and Automation teams and our department. This role combines regulatory expertise with advanced analytical skills to deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting that drive strategic decision-making and assist the team toward delivering excellence to our stakeholders. As our Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our automation and technology migration efforts, ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to the long-term success of our process strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for learning new things and problem-solving. This role will have a solution-oriented mindset and an ability to drive the creation of new ways of working, while understanding best practices and risk mitigation. Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform technology integration scope analysis of ServiceNow and Automation processes
  • Follow directives, guidelines, and procedures around ServiceNow and Automation
  • Communicate and manage expectations around technical integration lifts and impact to timelines
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret regulatory and operational data to identify trends and risks
  • Develop, prepare, and provide dashboards and visualizations for executive-level reporting and other key stakeholders
  • Recommend process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on team needs
  • Assist with training or knowledge transfer activities, as needed
  • Manage workload including new implementations and ongoing support of the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide exemplary customer service in all encounters

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred in Business Administration, Operations, Legal, Accounting, or related fields - or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing, processing and/or consulting on data, required
  • At least three years of experience in a customer service role and/or administrative role is required
  • Insurance industry or fin-tech industry experience is preferred

Technology Skills:

  • Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Power BI preferred
  • Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
