Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team to support the Practice's daily operations, specifically in commission processing. This role ensures timely and precise calculation of receivable and outgoing commissions, prepares and distributes reporting on commission data, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies to support this key area of Wholesure Life & Disability’s operations.

Essential Functions:

• Calculate commission payments and generate outbound commission statements for external advisor partners
• Track internal sales manager production and report on production metrics monthly and quarterly
• Review, compare, and resolve discrepancies in commission data across multiple systems and sources
• Adapt to a changing environment as legacy processes merge into streamlined Practice flows
• Assist with translating current processes to new workflows driven by the Practice’s implementation of a new AMS and commission processing system

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
• Strong technical aptitude

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• Experience interpreting compensation structures and reconciling carrier statements for individual life, disability and annuity insurance
• Three years related industry experience
  
  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
