Key Responsibilities
- Conduct title research; analyze deeds, leases, right-of-way, and mineral ownership records; and verify chain of title.
- Prepare clear, accurate title reports and curative recommendations.
- Collaborate with abstractors, field teams, and project leads to maintain schedule and quality.
- Communicate findings with landowners, clients, and internal teams with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain meticulous documentation aligned with A&A;’s standards of transparency and accountability (“trust first, then verify”).
- Uphold Acres & Acres’ values of integrity, mentorship, safety, and teamwork in every project.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in title research/examination, land services, or related experience (energy, ROW, courthouse research).
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Land Administration, Business, or related f ield preferred.
- Working knowledge of public records research; curative experience a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation discipline, and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Proficiency with common title tools/software; comfort with field/office coordination as needed.
