Key Responsibilities

• Conduct title research; analyze deeds, leases, right-of-way, and mineral ownership records; and verify chain of title.
• Prepare clear, accurate title reports and curative recommendations.
• Collaborate with abstractors, field teams, and project leads to maintain schedule and quality.
• Communicate findings with landowners, clients, and internal teams with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation aligned with A&A;’s standards of transparency and accountability (“trust first, then verify”).
• Uphold Acres & Acres’ values of integrity, mentorship, safety, and teamwork in every project.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in title research/examination, land services, or related experience (energy, ROW, courthouse research).
• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Land Administration, Business, or related f ield preferred.
• Working knowledge of public records research; curative experience a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, documentation discipline, and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Proficiency with common title tools/software; comfort with field/office coordination as needed.
