The Opportunity

• Steer national strategy to scale regenerative grazing over millions of acres.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic field team-setting targets, coaching, real-time analytics, and accountability from the national overview down to local action.
• Build and grow high-leverage partnerships with conservation organizations, producer networks, co-ops, and respected local ranching voices.
• Refine and implement innovative enrollment and go-to-market playbooks for rapid regional expansion.
• Collaborate across marketing, science, product, and corporate sales to align supply, drive carbon outcomes, and represent land stewards at the executive table.
• Implement scalable systems for tracking acreage growth, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and referral partner impact.
• Lead by example, meeting ranchers, supporting regional teams, and attending industry events nationwide.

You'll Thrive Here If You Bring

• At least 10 years' proven track record in growth, sales, partnerships, or territory expansion-preferably in agriculture, sustainability, land-based industries, or manufacturing.
• Mastery of distributed team leadership, goal-setting, and culture-building with clear measurable impacts.
• Deep familiarity with sales funnels, KPIs, and operational management-balancing fast-paced revenue and acreage growth.
• Analytical and systems mindset-using data and performance metrics for decision-making, pipeline health, and scale.
• Authentic respect for land stewards, regenerative agriculture, and field leadership-ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Exceptional communicator capable of driving alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel nationally; field presence is integral.
