Field Project Manager - Window & Door Measure / Service Technician

ACRE Windows & Doors is an Elite Andersen Certified Contractor and a reputation-driven residential replacement window and door company serving PA, NJ, and DE. We're looking for an experienced field professional to own project delivery and service from the first measurement through the final review — someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the person homeowners trust in their home.

This is a role with real responsibility and real independence. You'll be the final check before installation, the hands-on repair pro for our service customers, and the face of ACRE to the homeowner. The quality of your work directly drives the reviews and referrals that grow our business — and we give you the autonomy and support to do it well.

What You'll Do

• Final, precise measurements and verification of job specs and site readiness
• Hands-on window and door repairs for service customers as part of paid in-home service evaluations
• Diagnose and complete service warranty claims to a standard you're proud of
• Deliver a professional, expert in-home experience that earns 5-star reviews
• Coordinate project logistics and communication across customers, installers, and office staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field, with the authority to make the call on-site
• Stand behind the quality of every finished project and service visit

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in windows, doors, construction, remodeling, carpentry, or a related trade
• Ability to diagnose and repair window and door issues independently in the field
• A knack for catching problems before they become callbacks
• A track record of earning customer trust, reviews, and referrals
• Pride of ownership — when something's off, you make it right
• The judgment to work independently and the professionalism to do it in a customer's home
• Comfort with measurement tools, technology, and documentation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
