- Manage company social media accounts (e.g: Rednote, Instagram) and publish content regularly
- Develop and execute social media strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve business goals
- Create engaging content to strengthen brand awareness and increase audience interaction
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing events to boost brand exposure
- Edit and produce property-related videos that highlight listings and align with market trends
- Manage digital marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, SEO) and optimize campaigns through data analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience managing social media platforms (Rednote, Instagram, etc.) is a plus
- Skilled in video editing and photo retouching, able to create high-quality visual content
- Strong sense of social media trends with the ability to produce engaging content
- Solid data analysis and market insight abilities
