This is not a traditional sales role. You won't be cold-calling strangers all day. You won't be reading from scripts. You won't be selling a commodity.
Instead, you'll spend your time helping people navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
As an Acre Advisor, you'll be one of the first people prospective Residents meet. You'll listen carefully, understand their goals, educate them on Acre, answer questions, and help determine whether Acre is the right fit.
You'll primarily work with inbound opportunities generated through Acre's marketing efforts and referral partners, including Realtors, financial advisors, employers, and others.
Every day will be different because every family's situation is different.
When a family ultimately moves into a home through Acre, you'll know you played a meaningful role in making that possible.
This is not a remote role. Our team works side-by-side from our office in Durham, NC, located in the beautiful WeWork space in downtown Durham. You'll work alongside company founders, experienced operators, and teammates who are building Acre together every day.

This role includes a competitive base salary and performance-based variable compensation. Our goal is to create a compensation structure that rewards both individual contribution and overall company success.
We expect the successful candidate to have on-target earnings in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, consisting of a base salary and variable compensation tied to key business outcomes.
Variable compensation will be designed to reward activities and results that help Acre grow, including helping prospective Residents move through the application process, supporting approvals, contributing to successful home purchases, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In addition, you'll be asked to upload a video of no more than 1 minute and tell us why you want to join Acre and why you believe you'd be exceptional in this role.
