What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Closing position at Acquisition Title and Settlement Agency?
Disbursements and recordation of real estate closing transactions. Balance and process all payments in connection with each individual real estate transaction. Coordinate with Real estate agents regarding commission delivery - contact sellers regarding disbursements of sales proceeds.
Prior experience in a title company, escrow, or real estate closing environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
