Our client, a well-established dealership in the Philadelphia area, is seeking dynamic Sales Professionals to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the sales process
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
- Provide product demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and close deals professionally
- Maintain relationships with past and prospective customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Automotive or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation: Base commission structure
