Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a real estate group based in Philadelphia, is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing A/P A/R processes within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers
- Monitor receivables and apply cash payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances and handle collections
- Investigate and resolve billing issues or discrepancies
- Maintain clear records of A/R transactions and communications
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the produce or wholesale industry is a plus
