Bookkeeper – LoansOne Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (office-based) Employment type: Full-time, permanent Base salary: [Not specified in the document] Role Summary The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for LoansOne. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, supports financial reporting, and assists with day-to-day accounting operations. The Bookkeeper plays a key role in tracking transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Key Responsibilities Financial Recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner Monitor cash flow and assist in bank account management Reconciliation & Reporting Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and balance sheet items Prepare periodic financial reports to support management decision-making Assist in month-end and year-end close processes Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Maintain supporting documentation for all transactions Assist with audits and respond to auditor queries Collaboration & Support Work closely with the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes Provide accurate financial data to other departments as required Support process improvements and automation initiatives in finance Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and MS Excel Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time-management skills Personal Attributes Trustworthy, ethical, and able to handle confidential information Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable Strong communication and collaboration skills Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
